- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid level hiring / Sr.Level hiring / Leadership hiring.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
- Have worked on different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs etc.
- Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
- Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
- Capable to handle the work pressure and targets.
- Have worked on different Job Portals & Linked In.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expert in social media recruitment.
- Ensures the joining of the selected candidates
- Prior experience in ITES, BPO, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Real Estate or Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
